Borang tempahan mengumpul nama pemohon, nombor WhatsApp, e-mel pilihan, butiran arwah, tarikh dan masa pilihan, nama fail gambar, serta senarai nama keluarga yang anda berikan. The order form collects the applicant’s name, WhatsApp number, optional email, memorial details, optional dates and time, photo filename, and family names you provide.
Tujuan penggunaan / How we use it
Maklumat digunakan untuk menyediakan Kad Wakaf Digital, menghubungi anda tentang pembayaran dan penyediaan kad, menyimpan rekod permintaan, serta memberitahu pentadbir tentang tempahan baharu. We use the information to prepare your card, contact you about payment and fulfilment, retain the order record, and notify the administrator.
Selepas tempahan disimpan, pelayar membuka WhatsApp dengan mesej tempahan yang telah diformat. Penghantaran mesej tertakluk kepada terma dan polisi privasi WhatsApp. After the order is saved, WhatsApp opens with a formatted message. Sending that message is subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
Gambar / Photos
Gambar yang dipilih dalam borang tidak dimuat naik atau dihantar secara automatik; hanya nama fail direkodkan. Anda akan diminta menghantar gambar sebenar melalui WhatsApp jika diperlukan. The selected photo is not uploaded or sent automatically; only its filename is recorded. You may be asked to send the actual photo through WhatsApp.
Penyimpanan dan keselamatan / Storage and security
Rekod tempahan disimpan dengan kawalan akses dan hanya boleh dilihat atau dipadam oleh pentadbir Nurrahmah. Rekod disimpan selama diperlukan untuk memenuhi tempahan, sokongan dan rekod urusan. Order records are access-controlled and can only be viewed or deleted by the Nurrahmah administrator. Records are retained as needed for fulfilment, support, and transaction records.
